Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using SportsOS.

Section 1

General Terms

Welcome to SportsOS. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of all SportsOS services, features, and functionalities. SportsOS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on SportsOS are owned by or licensed to SportsOS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited. Users must provide accurate and current information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. SportsOS is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.
Section 2

Facility Bookings

Facility bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and processed. Pending bookings that remain unpaid for more than 15 minutes may be automatically cancelled. Users may book available time slots at listed facilities. The booking fee includes the facility rental charge and any applicable service fees and taxes as displayed at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund policies vary by facility and are displayed during the booking process. Users should review the specific cancellation policy before confirming a booking. SportsOS is not responsible for cancellations initiated by facility operators. In the event of overlapping bookings, the first user to complete payment will be granted the slot. Any payment made for a conflicting booking will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
Section 3

Classes

Classes are group-based sessions organized by coaches or organizations on the SportsOS platform. Enrollment in a class is subject to availability and capacity limits set by the class organizer. Payment for classes must be completed at the time of enrollment. Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the organizer, in which case a full refund will be issued. Class schedules, locations, and instructors are determined by the organizer and may be subject to change. SportsOS will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of any changes but is not liable for disruptions caused by the organizer. Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the class organizer, including dress codes, equipment requirements, and behavioral standards.
Section 4

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are one-on-one or small group training sessions offered by certified coaches through the SportsOS platform. Session availability is determined by the coach and subject to their schedule. Booking a coaching session requires full payment at the time of reservation. Session fees include the coach's charges and any applicable platform service fees. Cancellation policies for coaching sessions are set by individual coaches and will be clearly displayed before booking. Users are encouraged to review these policies before confirming a session. SportsOS verifies the credentials of coaches listed on the platform but does not guarantee the quality or outcome of any coaching session. Users participate in coaching sessions at their own risk.
Section 5

Events

Events listed on SportsOS may include tournaments, competitions, exhibitions, and other sports-related gatherings organized by third-party organizers or SportsOS directly. Registration for events may require payment of entry fees, which are determined by the event organizer. Payment must be completed at the time of registration to secure a spot. Event schedules, venues, and formats are managed by the event organizer. SportsOS is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations initiated by the organizer. Refund policies for events are set by the respective organizer. Participants must comply with all event rules, safety guidelines, and any applicable regulations. SportsOS reserves the right to remove participants who violate event policies.
Section 6

Challenges

Challenges on SportsOS allow users to create and participate in competitive sports activities with other users. Challenge formats, rules, and scoring are defined by the challenge creator. Participation in challenges may require a facility booking, which is subject to the Facility Bookings terms above. Any associated costs will be displayed before confirming participation. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements for any challenge they join. SportsOS is not liable for injuries, disputes, or disagreements arising from challenge participation. Challenge results and standings are recorded based on the scoring method defined by the challenge creator. SportsOS does not mediate disputes between participants regarding challenge outcomes.
Section 7

Payments & Refunds

All payments on SportsOS are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. Service fees and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before payment confirmation. Users are responsible for reviewing the total amount before completing a transaction. Refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the specific service (facility booking, class, session, or event). Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. SportsOS is not responsible for payment failures caused by insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or bank-level restrictions. Users should ensure their payment methods are valid and have sufficient balance.
Section 8
